SLOWLY GO

Posted: June 15, 2012 in Just Stuff, Poetry

And we can still lose it all
Though we try all that we can to hoard and treasure and extort.
We can still make it work, or try each step to fake it all.
And each tear makes it all seem worthwhile
When all infact are mirrors, smoke;
Lies and deceit and the feelings that will go unrequited.

Gently go
Slowly roll,
Make it quiet while you leave for I care not what you have to say
